All your notes are stored in a central location with the ability to add categories and quickly move meeting into those categories.

Off site back up is provided by way of Dropbox, Box and FTP. Using the in-built VPN features of iOS, you can store meeting notes on company servers for security and ease of retrieval. Box and Dropbox require either a free or paid subscription and a current user account.
